I take a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach in all my work, always focusing on the person rather than the diagnosis. My style is collaborative and person-centred, which means I work with you to understand your unique needs and experiences. I believe in a holistic model of care that supports growth, healing and self-expression — not one that tries to “fix” or pathologise what it means to be human.
I am trained in trauma informed CBT, ACT, exposure therapy, and supportive counselling. I have over 7 years experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, and those who are neurodiverse and/or gender diverse.
When I'm not at work, you'll find me running along the beach with my husband, baking sourdough, spending time with friends, or tending to my plants (pictured!)
